Loved hearing all this intentionality Rosa! And even more so, your heart to glorify God! This is all very exciting and I wish you the best! (I also love Monet too!)
I love this, Rosa! So excited for all the beautiful things 2025 has in store for you and In the Light of Eternity.
I drafted a poem the other day that I'm going to publish in Daughter of the King next month. Poetry was my hardest course in grad school, and the perfectionist in me became convinced that I was rubbish at it, but I've slowly been learning to re-embrace my love for verse. Maybe soon I'll have the courage to contribute something to your newsletter :)
I love all of this - I'm excited for your chapbook to take shape, and I echo the desire to practice more form poetry. I admire your ability to marry aspirations (I love the idea of becoming "an Impressionist poem") with practical steps to carry it out. Excited to participate in future collaborative poem calls!
I love ALL of this - so proud of you for hunting down and building a whole internal poetry world, from inspiration to identity to craft and collaboration! (We should collab/share each other's poems for one of the forms since I've been planning to write one, too). And that's such a good reminder from the Bible & Griffin's essay - thank you for that.
also- "a land suspended in darkness" GORGEOUS line!!!
All of this is so so wonderful, friend. And I am so honored and excited to come beside you in your journey!
I love this idea of being a light-bearer through poetry! Lovely. You do this very well already, friend.
Lovely lovely lovely! I’m so inspired by this! And of course your poem is magical in the most Rosa way. 🥰 I’ll be rereading it for a while
Looking forward to this direction! Excited to see where it takes you.
Can’t wait for what the year holds! ❤️

Comgrats, Rosa!
And form poetry is awesome. Sometimes it helps you say things more clearly than in freeverse. (See my "At Mile 37" in Tania's book.)
I am honored by your mention again, Rosa! So many blessings for your poetry this year!

Also, excited for you plans for the year!
You are such a light, Rosa! 🤍 this all sounds wonderful, and I can’t wait to see it unfold!
Beautiful Rosa. I look forward to reading your book and love your vision for this year.
And can I ask the silliest question?? How do you get previous posts, like Griffin’s, to show up? 😆
😭 love it🥰❤️
